Universal Grapples UNI

The UNI grapples feature a special configuration with multiple claws made from Hardox 450-500, ensuring high resistance to wear and stress.
Each pin, crafted from 39NCD4 steel, is carefully oversized to guarantee the grapple’s extreme performance.
The movements are supported by robust, high-resistance, interchangeable bronze bushings.

The UNI grapples are available in versions 1.2, 1.5, and 1.7. All models are equipped with seven claws, except for the lighter 1.5 version, which comes with five claws.
They can be equipped with the following:

• Rigid Industrial Rotator (360°): Ideal for precise positioning or felling operations with a chainsaw kit.
  Requirements: 2 double-acting auxiliary circuits (4 oil ports); with chainsaw kit, 4 double-acting auxiliary circuits (6 oil ports).
• Pendulum Rotator (360°):Basic version for deforestation and stacking, with an optional chainsaw kit for cutting.
  Requirements: 2 double-acting auxiliary circuits (4 oil ports); with chainsaw kit, 4 double-acting auxiliary circuits (6 oil ports).
• Rigid Mount (Pin or Quick Coupler): Recommended option when using a tilt rotator on the excavator.
  Requirements: Double-acting hammer line

The UNI grapples are designed with a more robust and reinforced structure compared to the EVO model (which is optimized for use with a pendulum rotator). The UNI grapples are specifically optimized for rigid mounting with an industrial rotator.
While heavier, a necessary characteristic to ensure their performance,the UNI grapples are extremely versatile and suited for various industries beyond forestry.

With three free claws on one side and four on the other, they offer an exceptionally firm grip, making them ideal for pruning and felling operations when equipped with a chainsaw kit.
