Forestry Excavator Extension

The attachment, known as a JIB, is designed to connect a double-ended joint to which the rotor and forestry grapple are connected in order to transform your excavator into a professional forestry attachment with the possibility of adding high-performance options.

The extensions are designed according to customer requirements, always respecting the operating limits of the excavator to which they are attached.

We produce various types and models of excavator jibs, both with pin coupler and with special connection plates for the quick couplers of excavators.
Suitable from mini-excavators up to and including 200-ton excavators.

• SIMPLE OR THREE – SIDED TREE PUSHER WITH RETAINING PIN : useful for securing plants before felling. The radius profile of the attachment is placed in the push position, at a suitable height, on the trunk to prevent it from accidentally falling on the operator during cutting operations
• LOWER SUPPORT FOOT It is useful for supporting the excavator in case of  tight  manoeuvres or during  slope work or in danger of sinking. It can be requested with a curved profile for pushing logs.
• EXCAVATION BUCKET : It’s a bucket positioned at the bottom part of the tool. It can be used for support and for performing minor digging and levelling operations. It can be requested with a special curved profile in the middle of the bucket’s teeth, to be also used as a tree pusher
• LOG SPLITTER TOOTH : It is an Hardox milled knife assembled on the top or bottom of the tool. It can split the log, which finds against the excavator’s blade, into different parts, thanks to its hydraulic power.
• MULTI-PURPOSE LOWER SUPPORT : it is a specially shaped part to serve as a support foot.
  In fact, when positioned perpendicular to the ground, the ‘teeth’ of the profile make it capable of carrying out small levelling operations to adjust the ground and prepare the surface on which to pass. On the other hand in a parallel position to the ground, it is usable as a plant pusher.
